Serving the Oakland area, we offer opportunities for students of all levels to train, compete, and grow. Advanced students can join our Premier Team, representing Team K from local competitions to international tournaments.
We grow together, support each other, and carry what we learn beyond Taekwondo.
Grandmaster Jaegwan Kim
Grandmaster Kim founded Team K on the belief that Taekwondo should be more than just a weekly class - it should be a community.
Backed by decades of competitive experience and instruction, Grandmaster Kim creates an environment where students push each other to improve and build a strong team connection. When students feel supported, they hold themselves to a higher standard and naturally love what they do.
For parents, this means your child isn't just practicing kicks and forms. Rather, they’re joining a team of dedicated practitioners that encourage each other to grow every step of the way.
