What are the benefits of Taekwondo for young students?

Through fun routines and clear structure, students learn how to focus and listen, follow directions, and build positive habits that carry into school and home life.

Focus

As students master new skills, they gain a strong sense of accomplishment and belief in themselves, helping even shy kids come out of their shell.

Confidence

Classes improve balance, coordination, and overall fitness using basic punching and kicking techniques, physical training, and other activities to help young students stay strong and healthy while having fun.

Running, Kicking and Obstacles courses, we get active and stay active all class.

Rotating Curriculum:
Between basic Forms and Kicking, to Weapons and Specialized Training, there’s a new regiment to practice every week
